Job Description

Seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer responsible for leading cross-disciplinary design teams and managing multiple projects. The role involves contributing significantly to the design team, coordinating all design activities, interfacing with key cross-functional groups, and reporting on project status. The ideal candidate will lead the conceptual and schematic design phases to ensure that design fundamentals meet client expectations and adhere to code requirements.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Lexington, Kentucky and some days remote.

Work Environment

Travel requirements vary with seniority, from monthly for more experienced candidates to 5-6 times a year for junior-level. The position is based in an office in Lexington, with a hybrid option available for those residing in Louisville, allowing 2 days of remote work. The work setting is a large corporate office known for its collaborative environment.
