Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the electrical design of large commercial buildings. Your tasks will include preparing reports, cost estimation, specification development, performing calculations, and selecting equipment for specifications. You will also be responsible for preparing construction documents for bidding and performing site visits. You will also manage project deadlines and interact with clients' architects.

Hard Skills

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related discipline is preferred

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

• Ability to create MEP Electrical designs for building projects (lighting, power, short circuits, generator, single-line design, NEC codes, etc.)

• Developing construction documents

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Tysons, Virginia and some days remote. It is a mostly design and project management heavy role but requires site visits for 10% of the time. Site visits may occur all over the US.
