Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to develop hardware interfacing solutions for the SLQ-32(V)7 SEWIP BLK3 Low Band Transmit Slat Array, Low Band Receive Slat Array, and High Band Receive Aperture Assembly test stations. Responsibilities include creating drawings, developing requirements, integrating prototypes, and supporting test capability development through system wiring diagrams. The role requires collaboration with various engineers to prototype, integrate, and maintain hardware solutions for fleet asset sustainment. Additionally, the engineer will update and revise system wiring, interfacing with systems engineers and utilizing Cameo systems modeler and Solid Edge for wiring diagram development.

Hard Skills

• 5 years experience in hardware interfacing

• Proficient in developing wiring diagrams using Solid Edge

• Knowledge of electrical and digital circuit concepts and analysis

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks

• Strong collaboration skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Bloomfield, Indiana and some days remote.

Work Environment

The role requires working closely with a team of engineers and other professionals to develop and integrate hardware solutions, ensuring the reliability and sustainability of fleet assets. This position involves both independent work and team collaboration.
