Electrical Engineer

Growing manufacturer is looking to add an electrical engineer to their team. This person will be working closely with two other electrical engineers/techs and helping to manage customer projects. Will need to be able to be the 1st point of contact with answering questions and be able to guide the rest of the team.

This person will be a technical leader, not a people leader, so will have to still be hands on with the equipment. Most of what they have are simple electrical systems that control a machine to execute a function. Some electrical equipment/software they will be working with are smart relays, PLCs, HMIs, Siemens VFDs and Idex controllers. Need to have a strong fundamental understanding of electrical theory but also willing to be hands on with the equipment and projects.

• Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

• Position open due to growth, and becoming more electrically complex so they need someone to help manage those projects

MUST HAVE:

• Experience with electrical engineering project management

• PLC experience

• Electrical design fundamentals

• HMI experience

• Customer facing experience/out going personality
