Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

• Seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the Power Delivery group.

• Perform substation design, including physical design, protective relaying/control with an emphasis on continuous improvement.

• Functions as a technical specialist in a substation design role encompassing distribution, subtransmission and transmission level voltage classes.

• With minimal supervision, applies advanced engineering techniques and analyses for problems and methods.

• May start to expand knowledge in other disciplines and/or functional areas.

• The power delivery group works with utilities, transmission companies and other power delivery clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of electrical engineering experience either in an internship or full time position.

• Qualified candidates need to have Substation Design experience and Power Delivery.

• Physical design, protection & control, 34kv, 69kv, 124kv, 12kv, high voltage

• Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation is preferred
