We are looking to grow our team of engaged employee-owners with a new Electrical/Electronics Engineer in Norwich, Connecticut. The engineer will be involved with a number of responsibilities and tasks, some of which include the following:
Research, design, develop, and test computer hardware and software programs.
Hardware includes computer chips, circuit boards, computer systems, and related equipment such as keyboard, modems, and printers.
Performs a variety of tasks applied to specialized technology problems.
Assignments involve integrations of electronic processes to resolve total systems problems or applications: work with preliminary design and specifications to evaluation changes in design and performance that affect equipment.
Conduct and provide cyber security assessments and improvements.
This level typically requires supervision.
AMERICAN SYSTEMS recently purchased DDL OMNI Engineering, which is currently functioning as a wholly owned subsidiary through our transition process. At the beginning of 2019, DDL OMNI will be completely integrated into the parent company and all employees will be full employee-owners at AMERICAN SYSTEMS.
