We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Inside Sales Account Specialist join our team. In this role, you will be responsible to create a great impression with our customers at every touch point as well as drive the growth of new business. The successful applicant is driven and desires to establish themselves as a solution provider to new and existing accounts in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and leverage NorthEast Marketing activities to generate growth opportunities with new and existing customers.
Maintain assigned customer accounts by processing quotations, orders, and continuous follow-up throughout the customer's purchasing cycle.
Qualify leads and ensure all data is properly maintained in company's CRM system.
Analyze and identify product gaps at existing customers and qualify new opportunities
Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop creative outreach strategies.
Provide customers with information and demonstration of our Digital Solutions for fast and easy ordering through our website and digital tools.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Goal oriented, highly motivated salesperson
Strong computer skills with experience working in a CRM system
Excellent communication skills
Strong math skills - ability to calculate figures such as percentages discounts, etc.
Must be a team player and willing to work collaboratively when needed
2 Year College or Vocational School preferred with emphasis on electrical/industrial automation and/or equivalent knowledge through job related experience and training.
Experience with the Sandler Selling System is preferred
