Job Title: Electrical Designer

Job Description

This position will entail control panel design using Autocad. The candidate will use Autocad for wiring schematics and laying out control panels. Additionally, the candidate will update and check BOMs (Bill of Materials). The role requires the candidate to remain at the office to provide support for sales and electrical engineers (EE's) who are out in the field.

Hard Skills

• BSEE or BSEMET or AS in electrical

• Autocad

• internship and GPA over 3.0 or 1-2 years of experience

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently

• Strong communication skills

• Detail-oriented

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The company is a progressive manufacturing entity with a medium-sized engineering team. The electrical team consists of 2 EEs who travel 60% of the time, supported by a larger Mechanical Engineering (ME) team. The work environment is casual.
