Description:
The Electrical Designer will be responsible for the development of the first of a series of small, engine-driven, electrical power generators for the military. The candidate must be competent in traditional Electrical Engineering topics including power generation, power conditioning, and power management systems and with the control strategies and electronics used to regulate stable power and connect in parallel to other generator units. This person will be a key contributor on a newly developed team to help design the electrical components on new products for the US military.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering + internship experience
Strong science, math, project management and organizational skills
Ability to self-motivate to achieve product design and schedule goals
Ability to read complex military technical data packages and performance specifications
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to develop test and verification plans to ensure products meet customer requirements
Flexibility to go beyond your normal expertise to solve problems that cross over into other engineering disciplines
