Electrical Assembler

Twin City Staffing is hiring electrical assemblers for a local and growing manufacturing in the Anoka area. In this electrical assembler role, you'll be responsible for wiring various control panel products.

Location: Anoka, MN Wage: $22 - $25/hr. Hours: 6 am

• 3:30 pm, Monday

• Friday Benefits of the electrical assemblers: Union position Room for advancement Internal postings for all factory positions Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Critical Illness Insurance Stable shop with long-term customers Scheduled raises 3 weeks Paid Time Off in the first year Paid Holidays 401K with a company match and a 4% employer contribution Responsibilities of the electrical assemblers : Wire various control panel products Install electrical components Interpret electrical schematics/diagrams Cut, strip, crimp and wire various AWG gages per print with high degree of accuracy Mount components to panels or equipment Use electronic and pneumatic tools for assembly Understand and utilizes various engineering and manufacturing documents including Bills of Material, assembly drawings, assembly instructions, wiring schematics and diagrams Assist in other areas of manufacturing as needed; shears, press brakes, drill press, saw, manual punch and other fabrication equipment Qualifications of the electrical assemblers:
  
  Lifts 30 lbs. repeatedly and 75 lbs. occasionally Stands 90% of the shift Frequently bends, twists, squats and lifts with arms extended Associate technical degree preferred Minimum of 3 years related experience Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, proportions and decimals. Ability and understanding of various measuring devices in meeting drawing dimensions and specifications Read and interpret documents such as blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, sketches, layouts, work orders, work instructions, diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary Additional information: Apply today To learn more about this electrical assembler position, contact Matt at 763-571-7077.
