We are looking for a Video eLearning Developer to join our team in Colorado Springs,CO.

What You'll Do
This Video eLearning Developer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging Cherwell Software training for customers, partners, and employees in interactive, self-paced, and video formats. You have the ability to produce high quality eLearning solutions in a fast-paced collaborative team environment. Should have knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, best practices for eLearning, and a desire for continuous improvement in the training process.
Consults directly with instructional designers, instructors, and subject matter experts to gather the learning needs, content, and scalability requirements for development projects.
Films and edits video content.
Interviews subject matter experts to design effective micro-learning.
Evaluates existing content to leverage into self-paced training.
Effectively uses digital media, eLearning development tools and other emerging technologies to create and deliver computer-based video training.
Publishes eLearning modules in a learning management system.
Creates companion documentation such as quick guides, quizzes and labs.
Designs and develops engaging and memorable learning opportunities.
Collaborates well with team members and other personnel to accomplish tasks and trouble-shoot issues.
Passion for developing creative, high quality, engaging technical training
What You Should Have
3+ years' experience with eLearning development tools and delivery via learning management systems
3 years' experience developing video training for technical audiences
2+ years of technical training
Skilled in organizing and synthesizing content into easily-digested learning materials and creating creative and visually-appealing interactions
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Photoshop, and other graphic, video and audio production tools
Skilled in Articulate products Storyline and Rise production tools
Excellent multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and concern for quality
Excellent writing and communication skills
Live in or near Colorado Springs/Denver area or willing to relocate at own expense
Willing and able to commute to HQ in Colorado Springs
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or a related learning field
Portfolio highlighting experience with planning, designing, developing, and implementing eLearning
Experience building eLearning for multiple cultures, closed captioning, and Section 508 compliance
Experience with Cherwell Software products
IT industry experience
