A day in the life of an eLearning Development Specialist:

In the role of eLearning Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

• Spearhead the creation of immersive e-learning content using industry-leading tools such as Articulate 360 and the Adobe Creative Suite.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement innovative training solutions that cater to diverse learning styles and levels.

• Apply proven adult learning principles to develop a spectrum of training materials, including traditional classroom-style sessions, job aids, blended learning approaches, and interactive e-learning modules.

• Champion the adoption of new technologies among Projects staff in the field, providing guidance on their implementation and utilization.

• Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through comprehensive evaluation strategies and compile insightful reports on outcomes.

• Oversee the management of reporting mechanisms to track training information, events, and participant data effectively.
