Your role at Sephora:
As an eLearning Developer, you will be responsible for the development of innovative and engaging digital training experiences for Sephora employees based in stores and the Field Support Center (FSC.)
You will incorporate mixed media with sound instructional design and development methodologies to create bestinclass interactive eLearning. In addition, you will:
Coordinate, manage and execute all aspects of eLearning development and maintain anadvanced understanding of trends and best practices
Collaborate with Instructional Designer to storyboard modules based on subject matter expert (SME) input
Research, organize and create content in logical sequences for maximum learner retention
Create custom graphics and animations as needed to elevate the learning experience
Ensure training content adheres to audio/visual technical specifications for mobile and desktop learning, as well as brand guidelines and industry best practices
Thoroughly test, debug and troubleshoot across multiple enduser devices and browsers
Incorporate stakeholder feedback in designing and building modules

Ability to be highly collaborative and open to multiple perspectives, work both independently and collaboratively to achieve outcomes
3 5 years instructional design experience focused on eLearning and/or multimedia development
Combination of creative design skills and extensive technical knowledge; experience with graphic design, video, microlearning, responsive design, gamification, simulations, animation/motion graphics preferred
Proficiency with various eLearning software platforms (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia etc.), audio editing software (e.g., Audacity), and Learning Management
System platforms (e.g., Cornerstone)
Proficiency with responsive design and advanced actions
Intermediate to advanced skill in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, HTML5 and CSS
Experienced in effective instructional design using ADDIE, SAM or similar methodology
Ability to conduct sound research, create innovation in digital learning, and independently troubleshoot and solve multifaceted instructional technology issues
Experience designing for a millennial audience with stimulating ideas not your "traditional" eLearning design
Strong project management skills demonstrated by timely task completion and quality ofdeliverables
Retail and cosmetics experience a plus
