Your role at Sephora:

As an eLearning Developer, you will be responsible for the development of innovative and engaging digital training experiences for Sephora employees based in stores and the Field Support Center (FSC.)

You will incorporate mixed media with sound instructional design and development methodologies to create bestinclass interactive eLearning. In addition, you will:

Coordinate, manage and execute all aspects of eLearning development and maintain anadvanced understanding of trends and best practices

Collaborate with Instructional Designer to storyboard modules based on subject matter expert (SME) input

Research, organize and create content in logical sequences for maximum learner retention

Create custom graphics and animations as needed to elevate the learning experience

Ensure training content adheres to audio/visual technical specifications for mobile and desktop learning, as well as brand guidelines and industry best practices

Thoroughly test, debug and troubleshoot across multiple enduser devices and browsers

Incorporate stakeholder feedback in designing and building modules

Ability to be highly collaborative and open to multiple perspectives, work both independently and collaboratively to achieve outcomes
3 5 years instructional design experience focused on eLearning and/or multimedia development

Combination of creative design skills and extensive technical knowledge; experience with graphic design, video, microlearning, responsive design, gamification, simulations, animation/motion graphics preferred

Proficiency with various eLearning software platforms (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia etc.), audio editing software (e.g., Audacity), and Learning Management

System platforms (e.g., Cornerstone)

Proficiency with responsive design and advanced actions

Intermediate to advanced skill in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, HTML5 and CSS

Experienced in effective instructional design using ADDIE, SAM or similar methodology

Ability to conduct sound research, create innovation in digital learning, and independently troubleshoot and solve multifaceted instructional technology issues

Experience designing for a millennial audience with stimulating ideas not your "traditional" eLearning design

Strong project management skills demonstrated by timely task completion and quality ofdeliverables

Retail and cosmetics experience a plus

Twitter is looking for a Community Manager to help engage and support our developer community as we build the next generation of the Twitter API. We are one of the fastest growing parts of Twitter today, and this is an exciting time of change and opportunity as DES redesigns both Twitter's developer platform, and our approach to serving the developers who use it. What you'll do: Twitter's Developer Relations team is seeking a Community Manager who will be responsible for growing the developer community programs related to the Twitter developer platform and Twitter APIs. This individual will develop, implement, and execute programs to engage with developers using our platform at scale. You will work cross-functionally with many teams within Twitter, including product management, marketing, and engineering. Who you are: The ideal candidate has experience managing developer communities, planning and organizing meetups, conferences, and hackathons, and has a proven ability to develop and grow developer communities by identifying and executing strategies for scaled outreach. We are seeking a candidate who is excited to solve problems strategically by implementing programs and systems, while also being ready to jump in and drive program execution and engage with developers directly. Responsibilities: * Design and implement strategies that grow and leverage the Twitter developer community to accomplish Twitter's objectives at scale, in collaboration with other DES teams. * Launch initiatives to grow awareness of and interest in the Twitter developer platform by highlighting and rewarding external developers using the APIs * Identify and deliver strategies and programs for scaled outreach in key local markets. * Utilize and recruit community leaders, and enable them to succeed, to extend our team's reach in a scalable way. * Create incentive programs to encourage external developers to actively engage in Twitter community forums and 3rd-party platforms (e.g. stack overflow) to answer other developers' technical and product questions. * Develop and maintain strategic developer relationships to surface and communicate feedback related to Twitter products, ideas, and strategies. * Build a measurement framework, including compiling and delivering reporting, analysis, and recommendations, to build and foster the community and developer relationships. Requirements * 5+ years experience as a Community Manager, Developer Advocate or similar role * Experience working with developers and developer products * Comfortable interacting with developer customers in person and online * An understanding of Twitter's developer platform and APIs * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work with significant autonomy in a cross-functional environment; able to define and execute a plan to achieve overall strategic goals and metrics * Ability to run quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment * Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
