Briljent is looking for a dedicated and flexible E-Learning Developer for a project in Topeka, KS. The E-Learning Developer position is responsible for designing and developing e-learning and blended web-based training materials from content provided by Instructional Designers and Project Managers.
Design and update web-based training materials using approved storyboard materials from team members
Design e-learning and blended solutions, activity creation, simulations, scenarios and demonstrations
Upload materials to Websites or LMS Systems so the materials can be reviewed by the client
Consult with team members and subject matter experts regarding training needs and identify best business practices
Review, evaluate, and modify existing training programs to support changes and needs of client
Create and facilitate instructor-led and web-based training sessions as needed
Strong consultative and customer service skills
High level of attention to detail
Creative; ability to make material engaging!
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with others, perform under pressure, and meet expected deadlines
Education and Experience:
2+ years working experience in E-learning development
BA or BS in information or computer technology, graphic design, or related field or equivalent
academic and work experience
Must have experience using Articulate Storyline and Captivate
Experience with screen capturing software
Multimedia application experience
Audio/video demonstration technologies is highly desirable
Experience creating E-Learning materials from Storyboard phase
Experience with MS Word to include formatting and applying styles
