In this role you will be part of the eCommerce division, which is the engine-room of Worldpay's global growth. As part of our value proposition we help our clients expand their reach, increase revenue and provide a more responsive service. How we do this? We pair our industry leading scale and insight with unmatched, pioneering integrated technology. We are privileged to partner with many of the world's most dynamic organisations and as the Relationship Manager you will make sure the relationships we have with our clients are built to last, prosper and ensure a true consultative partnership. How will you contribute on a day-to-day basis? This role will be managing a varied EMEA portfolio of Digital Content merchants. You will be looking at developing the long-term partnership with the merchants – understanding their payments needs as well as well the broader business agenda. From this we can match our propositions to the clients' requirements and continue to build mutually beneficial engagements. We are looking for someone who can develop opportunities to 'cross-sell' within existing accounts. As an experienced Relationship Manager you will work as part of an account team to increase our share of wallet in the Digital Content vertical as well as work with Vertical leads, Delivery and Product Managers to develop customised solutions and advice on merchant growth and contribute to the overall GTM and roadmap. What will make you the right fit for the team? You will have a background in a client-facing role in the acquiring or cards arena, ideally with experience of large international corporates. You may have a background in sales or account management or you may have held a more analytical role, as you will forecast and analyse – but you will certainly have confidence in your communication skills and strong commercial awareness. You will ideally be familiar with a 'solutions based' approach to selling as well as have an appreciation of the technical side of acquiring. This role requires playing a role within a team with common goals, working with data to provide analysis and research, the ability to influence others and to form persuasive arguments, the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people and a goal oriented mind set. How is Worldpay changing the world? Worldpay has merged with Vantiv Inc. to create a new global leader in payments. The new Worldpay will have the scale, the reach and the resources to take our success story to another level. This move allows us to expand further into high growth markets, deliver innovation at scale and above all, brings together exceptional talent and a shared passion that will help propel us forward to the next chapter of our collective story.
