We are looking for a dedicated HR Elastic Cares associate to join our growing team in on of our office in either Amsterdam, Paris, Munich or London. This is a hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" type of role where good communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential to success.
Assist Elastic Cares team as needed in accomplishing department goals such as ensuring excellent employee service, improving operational efficiencies and hosting engaging events.
Assist with communication to attract, inform, and promote program benefits to build advocates in all locations.
Serve as an expert resource on program information and resources; analyzes methodologies, assists with development and coordination of surveys on program efficiency using formal and informal methods.
Partners with the Elastic Cares Program Manager, plans and implements community impact signature projects in each EMEA office.
Coordinates and conducts periodic Elastic Cares sessions and workshops.
Sources and executes logistics for community service events and advises on global events.
Drafts email updates on Elastic Cares initiatives/happenings to be included in bi-weekly HR update and social media.
Research data to find opportunities to improve the program and work.
Stay informed and aware of organizational operations and initiatives and identify areas where additional internal employee engagement communication is needed.
Keeps current on giving programs and developments by maintaining contact with others in the field (e.g., professional associations and educational groups, and professional development efforts).
Conduct research on nonprofit organizations, companies and events as needed.
Flexible with ability to handle multiple priorities with keen organization and attention to detail in rapidly changing environments.
Willingness and agility to changing work environments.
Phenomenal interpersonal skills interacting with all levels of the company, diverse populations such as multicultural and dispersed environments, as well as outside companies and vendors.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Good judgment while exuding high motivation and being creative.
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of, at a minimum, one year of office/foundation experience.
