Job Description:

Leidos' Defense & Intelligence Group is currently seeking expertise to transform and build an end-to-end national-level security environment using DevOps to integrate, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and operate, multiple systems on traditional and cloud platforms in Reston and Tysons, VA.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role manages Enterprise License Agreements (ELA) for both hardware and software.

Performs analysis of availability of licenses to support Enterprise IT Applications.

Performs capacity planning to proactively identify risks and mitigations to Enterprise IT Services.

Assesses product design changes to assess the effects on the overall system.

Duties include tracking license allocation and usage; and support of compliance audits.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires BS degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.

Basic Qualifications:

Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.

Experience planning and leading major technology assignments.

Experience evaluating performance results and recommending major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.

Experience as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.

Experience supervising others.

This role duties will include identifying requirements for software, software licenses, and maintenance agreements to support functionality where software licenses cannot be provided as Government-Furnished Property (GFP). The role shall identify requirements for hardware and associated maintenance for server based hardware requirements and other non-end user device equipment. This role will remain in coordination with the Supplies/Procurement Lead and the ELA HW and SW Specialists to meet mission needs and close accountability for assets. Primary Responsibilities * The specialist is to identify requirements for hardware and software to support innovation, development, integration, and test environments. The specialist will be charged with developing, delivering, maintaining, and implementing plans, processes, and techniques to identify, quantify, and monitor hardware and software assets (including licenses and maintenance agreements). * Providing the capabilities necessary to define, track, and control licenses procured under the contract and those licenses provided by the Government for the full period of performance of the contract. * Support the development and delivery required reporting to track/audit hardware (equipment, parts, and materials) and software vendors, titles, licenses, quantities, costs, versions, and usage to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of each. Basic Qualifications * List the "must have" MINIMUM requirements to be considered for the position and ensure minimum quals fall within the minimum Leidos job code requirements. Example: Bachelors' Degree with 6 years' of applicable experience or 4 additional years' of experience in lieu of degree. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance. Must have 2+ years JAVA experience. * Candidate must have experience conducting logistical support and with resource accountability. * The candidate must have BS with 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. * The candidate must have an active TS/SCI with a polygraph.
