The Construction Coordinator will be part of the Jacobs Field Services Team and will report to the Site Manager. In this role, the Construction Coordinator will interact with Jacobs construction sites, clients, and management to oversee and coordinate construction activities.
Perform Construction Management for subcontractors in the field with instrument and electrical installations
Prepare, review and present Internal reports, Board Report, Monthly Regional Construction Report, HSE reports
Coordinate Staff Planning and Staff Acquisition for projects in region
Review Construction Bid Pricing
Trouble shoot and make recommendations on construction jobs in the region, including client relations
Review and prepare Construction Execution Plans
Functions as unit advisor; involved in daily operations only to resolve complex problems or meet schedules.
Responsible for constructability and construction input to design phase, and construction leadership.
Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Business related discipline
Minimum of 8 years' experience in Construction
Experience with Large Chemical projects and T&M, a must
Instrumentation & Electrical knowledge required
Experience with complex petrochemical or refinery projects
Commitment to safety
