About the Role - You will:
Assist in the development and implementation of EHS programs and policies.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
Assist in the investigation of incidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
Follow up on Corrective actions, inspections, and observations to ensure on time closure of issues.
Provide support to department managers and employees on EHS issues.
Assist in the development and delivery of EHS training programs.
Maintain records of all EHS activities, including inspections, audits, and training.
Plan and deliver safety messages and toolbox talks.
Create agenda and take minutes of Safety Committee meetings.
Schedule trainings
Create Safety Alerts after incidents.
Manage processes as assigned by Management.
Keep abreast of developments in EHS regulations and best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the EHS team.

About You:
Strong Root Cause Analysis Skills.
Ability to perform basic data analysis.
Ability to work cross functionally to reach EHS objectives.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Your Experience Includes:
High School Diploma
Preferred: Associate degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety
Basic understanding of EHS regulations and standards (OSHA, RCRA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EPA Regulations)
Basic First aid. CPR and AED Certifications are a plus.
Travel: 0 - 10%
