The EH&S Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as implementing programs to promote a culture of safety throughout the facility. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S programs and policies in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations. Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to identify and address potential hazards. Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels.

Monitor environmental compliance, including hazardous waste management and emissions reporting. Lead the EH&S committee and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive safety initiatives. Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, near misses, and training activities.

Coordinate with external agencies and inspectors during audits and compliance checks. Stay current with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with changing standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an EH&S role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
