Efda Registered Dental Assistant (Rda)

Our office is seeking a skilled full-time EFDA Dental Assistant to join our team. X-ray and BLS certificates required. A restorative functions certificate would be a bonus. The ideal candidate will have experience in various dental procedures and possess knowledge of dental terminology and software systems. Duties

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures

• Set up and prepare equipment for dental procedures

• Take dental x-rays

• Manage infection control protocols following aseptic techniques

• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient records Experience

• Prior experience in general dentistry

• Proficiency in using dental equipment

• Familiarity with dental clinic operations and workflows

• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques for infection control

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Eugene, OR 97401 (Required) Work Location: In person
