ABB is seeking a eFab Sales - OAE Western US for its Memphis,Tennessee location.This role is responsible in coordinating with Product Management, Sales and customers to identify opportunities for specific eFab product solutions.The Market Development Manager will be the dedicated product sales support and business development lead for the region and will foster direct relationships with key customers to grow the business.
Lead the market development and end-user specification position effort for ABB eFab solutions to achieve sales objectives in the electrical market.
Develop and manage long-term relationships with key end-user customers in the region to secure new and maintain ongoing eFab business.
Provide technical product and application support and training for end-users, distributors, and field sales.
Interface with the customers to identify customer-specific solutions and help coordinate project quotations and proposals.
Interface with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to identify new product opportunities.
Provide technical representation for the business in national, regional, and local industry tradeshows and industry events.
Provide competitive intelligence reporting on competitive product offerings and market position.
Develop and deliver customer technical presentations.
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred Business or Engineering) with minimum of 3 years experience in a sales, marketing or technical area OR an Associate's Degree and 5+ years of experience OR a high school diploma/GED and 7+ years of experience.
Demonstrated strong analytical,technical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of electrical systems.
Technically competent with business acumen.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in United States.
