About the Position:

As an Educator Support Manager, your focus is developing a positive learning and training experience for our Educators that is consistent with Empire's Core Purpose and Core Values. Our Educator Support Managers lead educational initiatives for their assigned region(s) by evaluating and analyzing the educational performance of the region and the school within while addressing deficiencies through training, development, and leadership initiatives. Coordinating and working with Educational staff and Executive Directors is necessary to ensure a clear understanding of the educational processes, student advising, classroom management, attendance, retention, and other metrics. In addition to this, working closely with the Educational Services team to ensure the implementation and execution of new initiatives and programs is a key piece to this position.

To be considered for this position, you must reside in Arizona or Colorado and expect to travel to our Arizona and Colorado schools up to 75% of the time. This role requires flexibility, and the schedule may include working early mornings, evenings, and Saturday hours. The salary for this position is $55,000.00 - 60,000.00 per year.

Our ideal Candidate possesses work experience and licensure as outlined below:

• A Cosmetology license or a Cosmetology teacher's license per state requirements is required.

• 5+ years of experience in teaching, education management, operations, or business management experience is necessary.

• Proprietary education experience is required.

• Salon management experience is a plus.

• Multi-site experience is preferred.

• Frequent driving is a requirement of this position, and candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a clear driving record and maintain adequate car insurance.

• The ability to excel in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and multi-task is necessary for success in this role.
