The New Milford Public Schools has two openings for an Excellent full time ParaEducator for our Excel Program

POSITION: Special Education ParaEducator, 1.00 FTE

Hill and Plain Elementary School

POSITION START DATE: - August 22, 2024

Description:

This position provides individualized and/or small group classroom support depending on students' needs as determined by administrator. Will include behavioral, PMT (Physical Management Training), ADL's (Adaptive Daily Living Skills) educational and personal need supports.

Qualifications:

• Must hold minimum of 60 hours of college credit OR
• Passing Para Pro Assessment

This position is for 7 hours per day with benefits
