We are looking for a creative soul with near-native proficiency in French, great pedagogical instincts, and strong organizational skills. If you are skilled in creative writing in French, can develop fun content in a variety of formats, and are able to adjust the complexity of your language to accommodate language learner needs, this job is for you! You will join our team of course designers and help us scale our efforts to deliver the best language education in the world. This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA.


  • Work side by side with talented content developers, curriculum designers, project managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality content for teaching French

  • Help with writing, editing, proofreading, and reviewing French learning materials across a variety of products and features, from creative passages or dialogues to structured grammatical tips

  • Help develop educational content that's fun, quirky, and accessible to learners at a given target proficiency level


  • BA in French, linguistics, creative writing, or a related field (with graduation dates between 2019 and 2020)

  • Native or near-native proficiency in continental French

  • Excellent creative writing skills

  • Ability to adjust the vocabulary and grammar in your writing in French to make it accessible to language learners at different proficiency levels

  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple and easy-to-understand terms

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA

We are looking for a SaaS savvy senior-level User Content Developer to ensure our customers can effectively use and understand our product offerings. The ideal candidate will be both an exceptional writer and leader of people who exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical skills. * This individual must be a critical thinker who can formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues and create well-structured narratives to express it. * He/she will also be highly data-driven in their approach to writing, with experience leading research initiatives to gather the data necessary to influence decisions at a senior level. * This role involves frequent engagement with TeleTracking leadership and requires a candidate with a great presence and outstanding interpersonal skills. * Experience leading teams is required. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Write for a SaaS environment with frequent updates to the documentation and prescriptive guidance that helps customers succeed quickly. * Help define usage metrics and use a data-driven approach to prioritize and drive improvements to creating and targeting user content * Define and improve processes for how content is created, delivered, and maintained. * Modernize content through use of web-based media where appropriate * Help define the evolution of our content architecture and delivery platform, and plan for how to get from here to there * Leading a team of user content developers Education Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technical Writing or related field Experience * Demonstrable excellence in command of the English Language * Knowledge of usability and human factor principles * Recent experience documenting SaaS applications or enterprise-class software. * Experience working with software development teams and general understanding of the SDLC preferred * Ability to work in a team environment to collaborate on shared topics and support the collective timing goals for software release activities * Experience in content management strategies, information architecture, and publishing/delivery processes Skills * Prior experience with Jira or similar project tracking system * 3+ years using MadCap Flare to produce user content in multiple formats * Proficiency in single-source content creation, CSS, and responsive design * 2+ years working in an Agile Scrum environment * 2+ years of experience in high growth, tech environments building documentation for SaaS solutions * Comfort with agile, swiftly changing, dynamic software development situations Work Environment and Travel The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
