Under close supervision, coordinate department educational program(s) by scheduling events, assembling enrollment and education information, and following compliance guidelines.
Provide administrative support to program faculty and students
Collaborate with program leaders to determine coursework needs and practicum management
Provide support to program faculty in the student admissions process, curriculum development, implementation, recorded presentations, pilot sessions, and online transformation
Coordinate program promotion and partnerships
Independently execute institutional or program activities (e.g., educational events, training, learner recruitment, interviews, orientation, schedules, and graduation).
Maintain proficiency in accreditation, board, and institutional requirements. Coordinate and monitor activities related to these requirements to ensure full compliance.
Support the designated institutional official, Program Director, Institute Director, and other leaders on issues related to the requirements from accreditation agencies, national boards, and affiliates.
Serve as primary liaison with faculty, administration, other departments, affiliated institutions, and national organizations.
Develop and maintain database(s) to track, schedule, and record activities related to the institution, program(s) and learners.
Provide information, support, and problem solving on a wide range of issues for leaders, faculty, staff, and learners.
Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers.
Create brochures, flyers, handbooks, and other program communication materials.
Coordinate assessment and continuing education activities.
May monitor program budgets and lead or oversee the work of support staff.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Required Experience: 3 years
Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Public Health, Education or Business
Preferred Experience: Experience working in an academic setting of higher education
