Greater Louisville Head Start Program at Family & Children's Place, is looking to hire a full-time Early Childhood Education Manager to oversee the educational programs for the GLHS and Early Head Start programs. The position includes managing all educational components, curriculum and Teaching Strategies Gold education system.

This manager position earns competitive pay of between $60,000 and $63,000 and a sign-on bonus of $300. We also offer great benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a 403(b) plan, paid time off (PTO), vacation time, paid sick time, up to 10 paid holidays, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance. The Education Manager works Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM and oversees programming in all of the five child care centers affiliated with GLHS and of the home visitors' curriculum.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION MANAGER

The Early Childhood Education Manager will be responsible for managing all educational components, curriculum and Teaching Strategies Gold education system in the child care centers and for the home visitors. The Early Learning Inclusion Specialist reports to this manager. In all responsibilities, will support the agency's equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts as well as our trauma-informed services and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR EARLY LEARNING INCLUSION SPECIALIST

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education

• Minimum of two years direct experience in Early Childhood Education field

• Bilingual/bicultural English-Spanish strongly preferred
