With its play-based curriculum and inclusive approach to education for children who are neurodiverse or have other related disabilities, this new private school represents a significant milestone in our community. The Education Curriculum and Program Specialist plays a crucial role in the design and implementation of effective education programs for children aged 6 weeks to 2nd grade.

Basic Responsibilities:
A snapshot of what you'll do:
Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a supportive learning environment
Design and develop age-appropriate curriculum materials for children from 6 weeks to 2nd grade
Provide ongoing training and support to educators for the effective implementation of the curriculum
Train, monitor, and direct staff in implementing the curriculum and evaluating child growth
Stay updated on current educational trends, research, and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in education, curriculum and instruction, or a related field
A minimum of five years in curriculum development and instructional support
Florida Teaching Certification preferred
Curriculum development certification a plus
In-depth understanding of early childhood and elementary education principles
A genuine passion for working with children and families to promote student success
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members
