  • Triages incoming calls and email requests for the education team

  • Coordinates and consults with clinical teams regarding educational offerings, tracking and data management of the learning management system

  • Provides administrative and clerical support to education team

  • Maintains a system for tracking educational offerings and accessing annual education requirements on request

  • Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office and other necessary systems

  • Demonstrates effective communication, organizational and time management skills

  • Complies with agency established processes to maintain standards and ensure consistency and decrease variability

  • Responsible for ensuring required information is provided and flowed timely to complete the functions of orientation, regulatory training and delivery of all educational offerings

  • Provides coordination of the student observation program and tracks required student paperwork

  • Will actively participate in the performance improvement process known as H3W

Perform other related duties as required


High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree with secretarial background preferred


Three years of related office experience in health related field preferred

To be considered, you will have a B.S. Degree in Engineering and 4 - 6 years of experience in either Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering preferred. In this role, you will team with Engineering, Procurement, and other cross-functional organizations to drive the business and our suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and delivery goals. Primary duties include First Article Inspections, Supplier Source Inspections, conducting supplier surveys, performing internal audits, managing escapes, performing effective RCCA, and maintaining quality metrics. Quality Engineer Job Responsibilities: * Perform first article inspections * Perform supplier source inspections * Perform supplier system audits and process compliance assessments * Implement effective corrective and preventative actions * Manage supplier and customer escapes * Develop, manage, present, and distribute quality metrics: NCM, supplier performance, escapes, etc * Oversee supplier quality assurance * Review/modify quality requirements for supplier purchase orders, as required * Manage supplier nonconformance/deviations * Exhibit proficiency with Excel and database management Quality Engineer Job Qualifications: * B.S.
