The primary responsibility of the Project Manager; Education Content is to manage creation process and produce on-brand materials that drive results for the brand. The Project Manager; Education Content will work closely with the Executive Director; Education & Artistry to understand brand objectives and will execute brand voice within all materials (internal/external). This position is responsible for producing education content that meets the needs of the business and supports brand objectives.


  • Responsible for the production and proofing of brand education content

  • Responsible for trafficking all education content projects with cross-functional partners

  • Responsible for meeting all content project timelines

  • Critical thinking and ability to adjust content per client

  • Ability to understand information provided and create content that serves a purpose

  • Works closely with the Education Team to ideate and create training materials

  • Works closely with the Copywriter to ensure language consistency and proofing of materials

  • Receives and tracks all education content requests and tasks out accordingly

  • Ability to create specialized education content

  • Ability to create content/layout mock-ups for graphic submission

  • Tasks team with copy requests

  • Updates and organizes all asset storage spaces

  • Creates presentations pertaining to market/product research

  • Works closely with the Marketing and Graphic Design teams to execute content

  • Efficiency in time management and productivity

  • Strong communication skills with ability to work closely with internal/external partners

  • Understands and implements content needed to drive sales and artistry initiatives

  • Responsible for producing clean and efficient work, and delivers to partners in a full package

  • Strong communication skills and is able to share thoughts and ideas clearly (internal/external)

  • Very open to feedback and able to adjust where needed

  • Research and develop ideas to present to the team

  • Strong passion for education and producing best-in-class content


  • Ability to travel if needed, based on the needs of the business

  • Possess a personal vehicle to be utilized for business purposes

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and some holidays


  • Minimum of 5-7 years Retail Cosmetic Leadership experience with an artistry brand preferred

  • Degree in marketing, business or equivalent is preferred

  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment

  • Ability to work independently to prioritize and achieve results

  • Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (i.e.: verbal, written, group presentation and through facilitation)

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and Google Drive is mandatory.

  • Effective planning, organizational and time management skills

  • Professional appearance, which aligns with ABH Dress Code Guidelines
