Summary of Position:#This position is responsible for supporting the data driven, programmatic needs of the clinical education department.

This involves providing administrative support to the clinical education staff, event management coordination and database programming.

This position reports to Clinical Education and works closely with the Human Resources (HR) department for clinical nursing management of both the hospital learning management system (LMS) and the HR data management system for data needed by Patient Care services. The person in this position must be able to distinguish and reconcile inconsistencies or problems in data, program planning, and customer service/team needs.


Primary Job Responsibilities:


Education and Training Support: Supports departmental staff to facilitate orientation, competency, educational programming and student management. Assists with Patient Care services orientation and educational programming, calendar and room booking as needed. Learning Management System (LMS) Education Primary and Organizational Back up: Provides departmental coordination of learning management system. #Develops on-line learning curriculum or course formats for application, uploading, recordkeeping and report analysis through the Hospital#s learning management system. Collaborates with Human Resource LMS System Administrator to ensure that LMS is fully utilized in the clinical education department. Business Intelligence and Analytics: Researches and creates report to assist in implementing education strategies.

Responds to request for ad hoc reporting. Collaborates with Human Resources to ensure data integrity. Routinely audits data to ensure compliance with education programs. Magnet Designation: Assists with meeting requirements for quarterly, annual and overall Magnet reporting.

Ensures Magnet specific reports for nursing demographics are accurate and run in a timely manner. Translates the data from reporting into the required Magnet documents. Minimum Qualifications:#Associate Degree or 2 years of college required.#Bachelor#s degree preferred.#Minimum 3 years of experienced office management, health related field preferred.#Minimum of 2 years of experience working with databases, analytical tools and software.


Salary Range:


$20.52 - $33.70 Pay Grade: 24 Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to: overall experience and qualifications, shift, and location.
