Selling Partner Content Management (SPCM) provides editorial content to support third party sellers on Amazon in 17 languages across 19 marketplaces. Our team specializes in sellers using programs that leverage Amazon's world-class order fulfillment, acclaimed customer service, and Prime delivery. Fulfillment services sellers send their inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers, and Amazon picks, packs, ships, and provides customer service for customer orders.
As the Editorial Program Manager you have deep experience in both technical and non-technical project lifecycles. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of small- to large-sized projects concurrently from conception through release and maintenance. You will plan, track, coordinate and communicate on projects spanning cross-functional teams and make sure that releases and projects are being prioritized and managed properly. Responsibilities for this role include:
Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels, and dynamically lead business, product and technical teams to define and deliver solutions
Drive projects through hand off to editorial, production and translation teams
Drive internal effort-tracking mechanisms in Jira
Own the project management of medium to large requests as needed
Evangelize SCRUM and Agile best practices to the team to improve workflows
Schedule and facilitate status meetings, including retrospectives and demos
Provide direction to resources (internal and external), mitigate risk, and identify issues that require escalation
Use data to track performance and ROI
Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.
Uncover pain points and implement process improvements
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
Other duties as assigned
