We're looking for an editor who knows how to execute sophisticated, aggressive, unconventional and solutions-oriented reporting.

Specifically, the editor uses experience, judgment and the cutting-edge analytics tools available to USA TODAY NETWORK journalists to coach and support journalists in our newsrooms in Oshkosh and Fond du Lac with substantial support from editors and reporters across USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin's 10-newsroom group.

Coaching is a fundamental role, and the editor will know that guiding journalists during the front-end of the reporting process is critical to producing the best work. The editor will have a keen appreciation for storytelling techniques and forms and the ability to draw the best out of our journalists.

USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin comprises 135 journalists across 10 newsrooms, making it the state's largest news organization. We've also got the nation's No. 1 combined online and print audience reach and the deeply engaged readership that comes with that loyalty.

This is an excellent opportunity for a journalist who is looking to join a robust organization that's leading efforts nationally to build a statewide newsroom as part of the nation's largest news network.

We prefer a journalist who is already in the editing ranks, but will consider an experienced reporter hoping to make a career leap.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain appropriate product levels in the bread aisle and display locations throughout the account. Maintain clean and organized back-room inventory of product. Meet customer service expectations through communication, problem resolution and follow-up with district management. Maintain a professional, team relationship with co-workers and customers. Maintain merchandising standards while rotating products according to date codes. Position Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to work evenings during the week, weekend days and some holidays. Experience working with minimal supervision. Ability to frequently lift/carry products weighing approximately 50 lbs. as well as ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs. Possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Must have reliable transportation. Mileage reimburse is available. Ability to provide a high level of customer service and solve customer issues as they arise. Must pass drug screen, MVR check and background check. Competitive hourly wage.
