KSE Media Broadcast Services Department deals specifically with video and motion graphic production for Ball Arena, Dick's Sporting Goods Park, TV and associated social media platforms.

Nature of Work:
Develop broadcast design elements and video content for in-arena/in-game presentations & television commercials. This includes concept development, graphic design, animation, video editing and production. The elements should fit seamlessly into the overall look and attitude of team graphics & marketing. Strong creativity, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi-task are necessary.
Examples of work performed:
Work with Motion Graphics/Editing team & Supervisor to conceptualize and create videos, graphics, and animations for all on-air elements
Design and create elements used in all areas of Broadcast & Video Services including game elements, commercial and sponsorship, on-air promotions, public service announcements, community relations pieces
Assist in development of the look, feel, and design for motion projects and videos
Understand brand and marketing objectives, contributing to the evolution and success of the overall business
Keep informed on current technology
Develop layouts and storyboards

Qualifications
Minimum
BA degree in Video Production or related field preferred.
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Graphics Design and Video Editing or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with 3rd party plugins in After Effects, Such as Element 3D, Red Giant, Etc.
Demo Reel or other visual examples must be included in application to be considered
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred
Experience with 3D programs, such as Cinema 4D
Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent motion graphic design and video editing skills
Knowledge, Skill and Ability with Adobe software including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
Ability to generate multiple compositions for both in and out-of-house clients
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Comprehensive knowledge of sports is preferred
Flexibility of schedule/days and hours is essential
