The eDiscovery Project Coordinator assists a team of Project Managers in overseeing the execution of litigation support projects and is ultimately responsible for the quality and timeliness of each project. This is a junior-level project management role with the potential to become a Project Manager.

  • Assist Project Managers with client requests

  • Responsible for the execution of litigation support projects

  • Oversee full life cycle of projects according to client parameters.

  • Track delivery schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, and manage changes in work scope

  • Work closely with production staff to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities set by the client

  • Serve as a liaison between the production staff, and the client during the life cycle of a project

  • Develop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action

  • Ensure jobs are completed according to client, and industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are met


  • Bachelor's Degree in related field, a strong technical background is helpful

  • Minimum 1 year litigation support experience preferred

  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Visual Basic

  • Knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Access required

  • Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed

  • Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Must be a high-level problem solver and have high multi-tasking skills

Desired Skills

  • Working knowledge of operations, including document imaging, printing, coding, and electronic data processing

  • Experience with IPRO, LAW Prediscovery, Concordance, Summation, kCura Relativity or other review database applications is a must

VIEW JOBS 12/13/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-13T00:00 The Departments of Sociomedical Sciences and Population and Family Health at the Mailman School of Public Health seek a Project Coordinator to contribute to a collaborative planning grant related to housing, health and equity. The project will lead to the development of a larger study with academic, community and practitioner partners. * The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Co-Principal Investigators and will assist with coordinating multiple partners on the planning grant. S/he will arrange meetings, site visits and grant deliverables. * The Project Coordinator will also provide oversight of the literature review process, and assist in compiling relevant data collection methods including case studies, qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary sources. S/he will assist with IRB submissions, the development of future grants and manuscript preparation and conference presentations. * The Project Coordinator will support ongoing survey and quantitative research projects on housing-related topics. * The Project Coordinator will oversee the execution of subcontracts and service agreements; updating/tracking spending categories; and coordinating business-related travel and reimbursements. Minimum Qualifications for Grade Applicant MUST meet these minimum qualifications to be considered an applicant Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, training and experience, plus three years of related experience. Additional Position-Specific Minimum Qualifications Applicant MUST meet these minimum qualifications to be considered an applicant Special Instructions Preferred Qualifications Master's degree, plus two (2) years of related work experience in research program coordination including scientific proposals, budgets, and tracking project timelines. Master in Public Health (MPH) or equivalent preferred. Experience in social science research is a plus, and candidates with an interest in a future research career working on social and environmental determinants of health are especially welcomed. The ideal candidate will be familiar with qualitative and quantitative community based research, including focus groups, interviews and survey development, administration and evaluation. Additionally, familiarity with SPSS or SAS would be helpful. Essential Functions Coordinate research activities, planning initiatives and overall project management for collaborative project with multidisciplinary partners. 40% Data analysis and management leading to manuscript development and proposal drafting 30% Administrative duties including submitting IRB requests, drafting progress/final reports, managing reimbursements, providing calendaring and administrative support to partners 25% Other duties as needed 5% Additional Essential Functions (Limit to 3950 characters.) S/he must be detailed oriented and able to manage up, down and across peer groups and must understand complex processes and be able to utilize technology to improve program management efforts.
