JOB FUNCTIONS:

Encourage TEAM environment and participation
Share knowledge and capabilities with the team
Continually learn other areas so you may be an effective backup for other team members
Ensure job progress in your queue be responsible to carry your part of the teams work load
Know and follow all company processes and procedures
Be accountable for the time you spend every day (Track time spent on phone calls, e-mails, etc)
Do your part to ensure telephone coverage from 7:30am to 5:00pm for all knowledge areas (including lunch times)
Write release notes for any jobs in your queue
Troubleshoot client issues
Write Business Requirements based on your business knowledge and your communication with customers
Document system functionality that is missing from system documentation or is added or modified.
Communicate with the clients to keep them informed of job progress or problems

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Work as an integral part of a support team.
Core responsibilities are:
Analyse customer requests for assistance / information
Write product business requirements documents
Evaluate and document software functionality changes
QA software modifications made
Interface with the client base for project status / issue resolution
