Eligibility flows through and impacts every aspect of the Collective Health platform, and we are building out our EDI team. We exchange a high volume of files per day with customers, networks, and partners, and are looking for an EDI Analyst to be responsible for the operation, quality, and scaling of our EDI systems. Through your experiences at Collective Health, you will be a pivotal part of improving the member healthcare experience by operating and scaling our EDI management platform.

About you:

  • 3+ years work experience, preferably in an analyst or technical role

  • Bachelor's degree, technical degree preferred

  • Knowledge of and experience working with healthcare EDI formats (834, 835, 837, 270/271, 999) and healthcare systems strongly preferred

  • Experience working on SQL, Python, Excel preferred but not required

  • Meticulous attention to detail combined with analytical skills and intellectual curiosity

  • Strong drive: set and meet aggressive deadlines, work cross-functionally and with partners to identify and solve problems, and prioritize work

  • Self-starter: must be able to build out processes and create structure with minimal guidance

What you'll do:

  • The EDI Analyst will monitor and own the success of daily outbound eligibility file transactions across Collective Health.

  • Develop and apply deep understanding of all of the file formats ingested and sent by our systems

  • Investigate and resolve daily exceptions and errors

  • Work closely with internal teams and 3rd party partners on owning and improving existing integrations and implementing new integrations (gathering and defining requirements, coordinating file build, testing, go-live etc)

  • Prioritize quality and building for scale - our team is growing fast so you'll need to be ready for new challenges
