GroupOne Health Source is looking for motivated "Road Warriors." eCW Training Specialist travel all over the United States and have the opportunity to work with superior healthcare professionals in all types of specialties. As an eCW Training Specialist, 80% of your time will be spent training client practices at their practice location(s) and 20 % of your time will be spent performing remote training sessions. This position allows you to meet new and interesting people, solve critical issues, and provide customers with our "best-in-class" training experience.


  • Develop and prepare workflow suggestions

  • Prepare training schedule

  • Schedule on-line, on-site and follow-up training

  • Travel to client Sites and train end-users (doctors, clinical, and billing staff) on eCW software

  • Make suggestions, recommendations and provide support

  • Communicate and escalate issues to the Project Coordinator to promptly and effectively resolve

  • Document and prepare various training checklist prior and after completion of training

  • Provide ongoing follow-up support to clients

Desired Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree preferred but will substitute work experience for education

  • Prior training and Implementation of PM or EMR Software preferred but not required

  • Ability to conduct engaging and effective training sessions to a diverse audience at various skill levels

  • Strong customer service and organizational skills

  • Ability to travel throughout the United States

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt in a fast paced environment

Location/Division Specific Information This role will support both Mt Prospect and Indianapolis sites, but it is preferred to be based in the Indianapolis site. The suppost would be 50/50 between both sites (travel involved). How will you make an impact? This position supports the GMP Training team in building workforce capabilities and supports the Quality function to ensure a GMP culture within CTD globally. The training will concentrate on skills and behavior and the transfer of knowledge required to produce training that meets and exceed regulatory requirements. This position will develop, design and present effective and interactive GMP and regulatory training topics to meet adult learning theory for the Learning Lab, classroom based, e-learning and other learning mediums and tools. This role will have responsibility for managing the GMP Training function for FCS Indianapolis and FCS Mount Prospect. This position may also be needed to train multiple shifts. Will be required to take on the role of the Domain Level Admin to support the iComply validated LMS system in FCS Indianapolis What will you do? * Perform OJT training, excellent platform skills and design of training material within a lab or classroom training using a variety of media. * Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities for program effectiveness. * Manage and support GMP training at multiple CTD sites. * Write SOPs, and other related quality documentation associated with training in a GMP regulated environment. * Evaluate and enhance training materials prepared by instructors * Take material from Subject Matter Expert and develop effective training How will you get here? * Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree in Adult Education preferred * 5-7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, FDA regulated industry and GMP environment. * Minimum five years of experience designing, developing and delivering training through various training methods. * Experience in multiple functional areas (Ex. Quality, Manufacturing, Packaging, Distribution or Engineering).
