GroupOne Health Source is looking for motivated "Road Warriors." eCW Training Specialist travel all over the United States and have the opportunity to work with superior healthcare professionals in all types of specialties. As an eCW Training Specialist, 80% of your time will be spent training client practices at their practice location(s) and 20 % of your time will be spent performing remote training sessions. This position allows you to meet new and interesting people, solve critical issues, and provide customers with our "best-in-class" training experience.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare workflow suggestions

  • Prepare training schedule

  • Schedule on-line, on-site and follow-up training

  • Travel to client Sites and train end-users (doctors, clinical, and billing staff) on eCW software

  • Make suggestions, recommendations and provide support

  • Communicate and escalate issues to the Project Coordinator to promptly and effectively resolve

  • Document and prepare various training checklist prior and after completion of training

  • Provide ongoing follow-up support to clients

Desired Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree preferred but will substitute work experience for education

  • Prior training and Implementation of PM or EMR Software preferred but not required

  • Ability to conduct engaging and effective training sessions to a diverse audience at various skill levels

  • Strong customer service and organizational skills

  • Ability to travel throughout the United States

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt in a fast paced environment

The Role The Training Specialist supports our Recruitment Process Outsourcing client based in Columbus, IN. This position will focus on developing and executing training for all Recruiters on the RPO account. Key Accountabilities Coordinates logistics, materials, participant, and faculty communication for training offerings. Coordination with the L&D team and Project Directors on planning and execution of recruitment training for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing teams. Stay up to date on learning and development trends and industry changes, against the broader context of the Talent Acquisition industry. Provide delivery support and facilitation for induction programs. Partner with internal functional subject matter experts to review and evaluate existing and create new learning objectives and content with a continual objective of keeping current and aligned to business strategy and objectives. Measure effectiveness of all training offerings by gathering metrics data (attendance, completion, certification paperwork, etc.) and creating metrics reports. Collaborate with team to design and produce repeatable materials for consistency with the different business units.
