The Amazon Cross-channel marketing measurement and optimization team is looking for a quantitative researcher / economist to join our team. This position will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of advertising spend across online/offline channels through econometric/statistical analysis of consumer and business data; and to inform future investment and strategies. This role requires an individual with strong quantitative modeling skills and experience using econometric, statistical/machine learning, and experimental design methods. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Build scalable analytic solutions using state of the art analytical tools
Build econometric/statistic/machine learning models required to measure and predict the financial impact of online/offline advertising spend; Calibrate models through carefully designed experiments.
Implement models to simulate different advertising scenarios to inform future investments and strategies.
