As the Ecommerce Trade Planning Lead at our Kroger Business Center, you will be responsible for developing the strategy and processes to integrate Ecommerce into planning and selling across the Kroger Region and with General Mills' second largest customer.
In this role you will own cross-functional and customer relationships to develop and sell in national customer strategies. This role reports directly to the Kroger Regional Sales Director and dotted line reports to the Kroger ISM/Ecommerce team.

Integrate Kroger & General Mills Ecommerce Strategies:
Lead & Manage Projects:
Creating framework for ROI against all Ecommerce support activities
Broad integration into region selling and planning process
New customer initiative startups
Assist account representatives with the use of data:
Analyze data to develop insights in a clear & concise manner.
Provide support and guidance.
Assist with the development of customer presentations.
Gather data, Channel Facts, consumer and customer data (84151, Market 6, & IRI)
Support development of plans by defining opportunities, providing key information and preparing presentation materials.
Conduct performance analysis against plan.

Effectively leverage trade & planning tools:
Provide analysis to determine volume through Distribution, Shelving, and Merchandising & Pricing opportunities related to Ecommerce

Analyze the business environment/competitive activities.
Assist with the business development and planning process for the customer team:
Understand General Mills products & categories.
Identify & share best practices.
Assist with volume forecasting:
Understand the forecasting process.
Provide analysis to inform the forecasting process.
Leverage trade and planning tools to inform estimates.
Understand the implication of the estimates & forecasts to the broader business strategy.
