The eCommerce Technology Manager will work side by side with the fast-growing US eCommerce function to accelerate growth. This person will be responsible for unlocking efficiencies and driving growth through consultancy, process change and technology. The candidate will require the expertise and flexibility to manage a varied portfolio which includes evolving the US eCommerce tech strategy, developing and delivering cross-functional programs, managing the delivery of advanced data analytics and automation capabilities, and reimagining key business processes to support the eCommerce transformation. Additionally, the manager will require a strong ability to lead in an intrapreneurial environment, a deep understanding of eCommerce capabilities and platforms and a passion for eCommerce and business growth.
Who You Are & What You'll Do
Lead a team to unlock efficiencies and growth for the US eCommerce business through consultancy, process engineering and technology
Own, develop and execute eCommerce technology strategy to address changing priorities across all areas of the US eCommerce business (omnichannel, DTC, pureplay, digital business operations) and support growth acceleration
Lead cross-functional program to accelerate our go-to market processes. Data automation, path to purchase and capability roadmap
Communication and influencing related eCommerce capability innovation
Partner the global technology platform teams to inform the local technology roadmap and requirements for the business
Represent eCommerce strategic priorities and support the eCommerce product data pipeline
Drive eCommerce transformation through technology and expertise
Monitor emerging eCommerce tech trends and leverage outside in thinking
Support the business to drive performance marketing with a focus on data, processes, and global/local capabilities
Support shopper marketing and customer marketing technology adoption
What You'll Need To Succeed
Bachelors Degree required
5-7 years of experience in a complex business environment supporting business teams through consultancy, process change and technology required with eCommerce technologies (consumer, content creation and deployment, website sales and data management) preferred
Knowledge of eCommerce business and business operations preferred
Experience with master data pipeline management a plus
High-performance background and the strong ability to lead in an entrepreneurial environment
Ability to develop team strategy and navigate business priorities
Strong analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs
Understand the principles and execution of the agile methodology
Must have ability to tackle complex situations and evaluate alternative courses, and provide fact-based solutions/recommendation
