eCommerce Specialist

What will you be doing:

This specialist will be a shared resource for the eCommerce Manager of Seller Acquisition and Support and the eCommerce Manager of Organizational Engagement and Customer Care. This specialist will become an expert in Mirakl and Sterling Commerce software packages. In addition, this specialist will support Sales & Marketing design and support functions.

  • Assisting in vendor acquisition and vendor management functions and on-boarding.

  • Assist in process design and customer care design and implementation

  • Assists in back office operations for a live website

Required Qualifications

Work Experience:

2 or more years applicable experience

Skills & Experience:

Analytical, E-Commerce Solutions, Microsoft Office Suite

Education:

Bachelors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong technological background, proven experience in eCommerce and various eCommerce platforms/channels.

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, proven record in marketing communication, and technology communication skills.

  • Driven and experienced in managing through ambiguous situations and ability to be nimble.

The role will prioritize the systematic increase of extranet membership, lead the on-boarding and training of new extranet users as well as work closely with the marketing team to place engaging customer-facing content, perform user engagement analysis and generate actionable reporting. This position will support additional digital and eCommerce initiatives such as research, special projects, content management via PIM ecosystem, MAM and other topics as directed. The right candidate will suggest tactics to maximize extranet traction and user experience to create a meaningful UX (User Experience). Responsibilities: * Develop subject matter expertise and ownership of extranet strategy, administration & customer support as assigned * Working with product management and other relevant departments to provide updated content for extranet accounts to be shared via extranet platform * Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail * Work cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution of online content and enhancements, and help drive the extranet road map forward * Develop innovative processes to efficiently create targeted content from a variety of internal and external sources * Handle daily operational activities and requests related to the extranet platform * Support incoming inquiries from extranet platform as assigned * Coordinate the involvement of tech support, content writers, management, marketing teams and other company personnel to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations * Develop customer insights to improve the extranet platform * Provide detailed reporting on extranet usage trends with actionable data to support business development decision-making processes Qualifications: * BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience * 2+ years of relevant extranet experience preferred * Spanish preferred * Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred * Must be familiar with reporting and sales metrics * Marketing experience preferred * Analytical and detail oriented * Strong writing skills * Self-motivated * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to navigate a cross-functional environment, positive attitude * Know how to plan, create and implement a strategy Tesa Charlotte NC
