E-Commerce Sales Manager - Irvine

Responsibilities:

  • This role will be the main point of contact for the following E-Commerce accounts: Newegg/B&H/eBay (more accounts may be added) and will be the lead on manufacturer recertified sales for TP-Link USA.
  • Manage all aspects of sales and marketing including: promotional planning, partner negotiations, account reporting, demand/forecast planning, onsite merchandising and all aspects of successfully growing the business
  • Take the lead on manufacturer recertified product sales, develop and add to existing sales channels to facilitate growth
  • Provide strategic insight and critical thinking to assist with account growth
  • Lead relationships with E-Commerce peers and executives and track execution of strategy
  • Partner with marketing, creative and content teams to identify areas of opportunity, and develop promotional plans driving to overarching business goals.
  • Leverage analytics and selling data to understand product performance metrics, inventory positions, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with operations, demand planning, and supply chain to maintain healthy inventory positions and best-in-class customer experience.
  • Submit regular forecasts and reporting across accounts

    Requirements

    2-3 years of experience working in sales and account management (preferably at listed accounts)

  • Analytical skills to track performance and reporting
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive l success independently
  • Genuine interest in eCommerce and networking/smart home products
  • Leadership, entrepreneurship, and can-do spirit
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office
  • Excel, PPT, Word
    • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)
