Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for eCommerce specific supply/demand and operations management.

  • Ownership of SKU lifecycle management including, forecasting, commits, CPFR and Finished Goods Inventory (FGI).

  • Continuously improve forecasting techniques, method, and approach with the objective of achieving forecast accuracy.

  • Evolve and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for all related processes.

  • Own and manage the inventory process for eCommerce/eCommerce D&H.

  • Plan and execute all assigned projects / assignments associated to held accounts.

  • Support the efforts of the 4P team in fulfilling their responsibilities to sell and install Lenovo products, offerings, solutions, and services in all ecommerce markets.

  • Conduct business analysis, decision support; proficiently utilize reporting systems for forecasting and inventory management.

  • Provide input to all levels of management direct and aligned on business objectives, BMS, and results.

  • Analyze complex or new situations; manage business solutions or implement new approaches, procedures, or processes.

  • Influence and advise management on critical and strategic decisions or business issues related to held accounts.

  • Will help design, compile and generate team reports as needed to support the CCM organization

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to mine, organize and consume large amounts of data, discern the key elements, and provide tracking of metrics to leadership.
