This role is responsible for building, developing and expanding indirect business and partners and drive closure of new business with them globally.
You'll be key to help create and grow the wide range of potential partnerships that can be established. You will help find and explore potential new business coming from various industries and to develop a strategic partnership across Criteo's.

What will you be doing?
Continuously Build relationships internally and externally that will generate value for parties.
Learn about the Indirect Channels Team Strategy, short and long term and provide input for improvement.
Engage with other Criteo employees to learn about the business and about ways to speed up, correctly focus efforts.
Create the blueprint and the Go-to-Market strategy for the partners managed.
Present the Criteo value proposition to the partner.
Expand the depth and breadth of the relationships with the partner & maintain partner relations.
Drive Criteo's multi-product expansion across his managed partners.
Define Sales target and key metrics of success for the partnership.
Work closely with Marketing to align on actions with the partner.
Place emphasis on Sales Enablement of business partner sales teams to allow them to improve how we position Criteo's value with customers.
Provide partners' feedback on products and needs to Criteo Product Team.
Interface with regional leadership regarding results and channel conflict.
Contribute to the development of accurate and detailed forecast funnel for assigned partnerships.
What do we NEED?
A Personable, balanced individual that can positively relate with people, with Extensive experience of indirect channel sales (an absolute must have) in the Tech, Saas or Software industry.
10 years minimum experience in building partnerships in the information technology industry.
Experience in engaging with Shopify, Magento, Bigcommerce, other eCP's is a plus.
Proven track record in attracting, managing and developing channel partners. Experience in starting a channel model from scratch would be an advantage.
Experience in managing sales performance, pipeline development, and forecasting with internal and external entities.
Ability to comfortably articulate solutions and value propositions with C-level audience.
Strong results orientation and ability to negotiate and close strategic deals.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong collaborative leadership skills is a must.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Flexibility to travel 30% of their time as a minimum.
Complete fluency/excellent communication in English.
Able to concentrate, focus and be able to Dive deep into analysis to generate recommendations to management.
A person that can execute requests at speed, while sharing their recommendations when needed.
A Person that is Self-driven and highly motivated to provide outstanding professional information service to its partners.
You display versatility, attention to detail and a hands-on attitude to getting things done.
Strong organization skills, curiosity, adaptability.
Very strong skills using Excell, Databases, PowerPoint, Word.
Fluency in English and any other European language is a plus.
