Under the direction of Warehouse Leadership, plan, implement, and oversee functions related to associate training. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Essential Job Functions:
Deliver skills training, procedural training, and non-procedural training sessions.
Interact with warehouse associates to determine and resolve issues related to safety and training.
Communicate effectively with warehouse associates, management and leadership team on training issues that impact the facility.
Communicate with operations regarding tasks to be completed.
Ensure that employees are well trained and that their training is documented.
Conduct orientation and safety training for new associates.
Train, certify and re-certify associates on proper equipment operation.
Build team cohesiveness through on-going communication.

Understands and is able to teach department processes
Desired Previous Job Experience:
Warehouse associate with some practice in leadership
Previous experience in training personnel on company and department processes
