Brief Description:

The eCommerce Operations Specialist is a highly executional role and is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the content strategies on the website and mobile app to deliver a unique and effective brand and customer experience. This position is a contracted role and will report to the Director of eCommerce Operations and work closely with other eCommerce Managers and Creative Services teams, as well as cross-functional teams in Marketing.

How will you make an impact?

  • Set up and manage the Shutterfly and Tiny Prints brand promotions content that appears on our website and mobile app through our content management systems (CMS). This includes but is not limited to:

  • Building and maintaining promotional campaign landing pages.

  • Adding promotional banners to category pages in alignment with merchandising strategy.

  • Maintaining the global header eyebrow, homepage promo banner, and Deals/Special Offers page with current offers.

  • Manage setup of the Special Offers screen on app, while assisting in the homescreen content management.

  • Lead and/or participate in various creative briefing meetings, project kickoffs, and other planning & strategy discussions with Marketing, Creative, & eCommerce teams.

Your success will be because you are/have...

  • At least 3 years experience in online merchandising or managing eCommerce websites

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).

  • Detail-oriented as your work is highly visible

  • Ability to work as a team as well as independently.

  • Possess an affinity for the customer and a desire to provide the best customer experience.

It is helpful, but not required to have:

  • Technical ability to develop and troubleshoot HTML and CSS code

  • Experience using content delivery tools like Bloomreach and Optimizely
