The E-commerce Operations and Merchandising Manager will oversee the website for both Direct to Consumer and B2B through the Shopify platform. This role will be responsible for maintaining and updating all products to include product descriptions, pricing, tagging, collection management and inventory integrity. Work closely with the SVP Merchandising to ensure the buys are placed timely and stock levels are positioned to drive sales. Collaborate with Marketing team on all asset management. Additionally, this role will coordinate all product launches and maintain an E-commerce Operations and Merchandising calendar to support the business cross-functionally. This role is both analytical and creative with consumers and product at the center of all decisions.
Shopify Management for both DTC and B2B:
Product builds and style set up
Product tagging, maintenance and coordination
Collection creation and management
Images/Assets uploading and refresh appropriately
Product descriptions review and refresh as necessary
Pricing review for accuracy
Continuous product presentation and site integrity improvements
Work with in-house team & 3rd party vendors to gather relevant product content
Trouble shoot and provide solutions for efficiencies
Process and maintain on order buys for E-commerce Direct to Consumer
Update and maintain stock levels based on fill in needs and availability
Identify low stock levels on key items and make recommendations to fill in and re-order styles.
Track new receipts with production and warehouse partners to ensure the product is live in a timely manner
Process all pricing and markdowns.
Manage data and provide analysis on selling, inventory and consumer trends for daily, weekly, monthly and seasonally.
Track emails deployed and performance.
Coordinate photo shoots and manage organization of images and all assets
Develop and maintain calendar to include photo shoots, launch dates, promotions, and seasonal inventory management.
Coordinate with marketing team and support SVP Merchandising on all asset management to include copywriting, emails and photo shoots.
Maintain and track Monthly Assets and Launch.
Support Customer Service team
Mitigate all errors on website and scrub constantly for integrity and accuracy
Job Specific Requirements:
Super user of Shopify
Experience with both Direct to Consumer and B2B websites.
Advanced excel skills to include pivots, v-look ups, and slicer
Ability to work with databased and interpret the data to draw conclusions and recommendations.
Understanding and experience with Google Analytics and Glew a plus
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
