The Shared Services team is made up of information technology, human resources, indirect sourcing, finance & accounting professionals that support all business units. Shared services teams are headquartered in Middleton, Wisconsin but have members across the country.
A consumer centric, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with a background in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain analytics will be placed on the Ecommerce Sales and Operations team. The ideal candidate has the ability to lead and influence people, analyze data, and make sound recommendations in an often ambiguous environment. The role will scope, develop, manage, and execute supply chain strategies, focused on managing inventory efficiencies, chargeback mitigation, and project development/management across multiple customer teams. This position will integrate into an entrepreneurial team, which wears many hats and operates in a highly collaborative environment. Success will be measured by driving sustainable, long-term growth, both online and offline.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate to reduce chargebacks and analyze freight spend to remove costs from ecosystem.
Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure proper staffing, shipment expectations and process efficiencies.
Execute projects related to improving supply chain costs/ efficiencies
Deploy a process to improve the drop ship process, enabling improved profitability; ensure on-time shipments and proper shipment preparation to deliver best in class consumer experience.
Identify optimal goals for key metrics, such as OTIF, Fulfillment, Vendor/Retailer prep, and Instock, then develop and execute processes to exceed these goals.
Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual updates across all key retailers; this includes tracking for supply chain metrics as well as strategic project updates.
Collaborate with our teams and divisions to leverage our scale and limit duplication of efforts.
Share best practices across customers to expedite and amplify cost savings.
Education and Experience Profile
An equivalent combination of:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience.
Relevant classroom experience in supply chain execution, logistic management, product/project management, or marketing.
Preferred Education and Experience Profile
BS degree in Logistics Management, Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain/Operations discipline.
3+ years' experience in one of several fields: ecommerce supply chain and logistics, ecommerce consulting, D2C role at leading CPG/Ecommerce company.
Amazon Vendor Central knowledge
The ability to quickly learn the internal and external systems and approaches is necessary and prior experience with Spectrum is a plus.
Prior experience with Drop Ship, FBA, ecommerce supply chain, FFP/SIOC, senior level presentation, and B&M supply chain/logistic management is preferred.
