Purpose:

As an eCommerce Site Merchandising Specialist, you'll work cross-functionally to implement eCommerce best practices across site merchandising, promotional strategies, SEO tactics, and digital content management, conversion rate optimization and more.

This position is a centralized touchpoint that connects digital initiatives between eCommerce, Marketing, Innovation, Technology, and Analytics. As part of the eCommerce team, you'll be constantly learning, independently researching new CRO trends, and executing strategies that drive revenue with the support of your team and manager.

Your hands-on execution of strategies that extend that "wow" to our website, app and beyond will be pivotal to Edible's success as we continue to engage new audiences and product offerings.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our home office in Sandy Springs, GA, with work from home flexibility on Fridays.

What that looks like day to day:

• Execute online merchandising efforts across product list pages to support product launches, seasonal marketing, and SEO.

• Launch digital content such as homepage, category assets and app assets.

• Maintain correct product assortment and adjust daily/weekly according to business needs.

• Routinely audit site linking, copy, and product to ensure accuracy.

• Be a category expert and "go to" person by their cross-functional partners.

• Complete competitive analyses on industry best practices, web design trends and marketing methods.

Required Experience:

• 1-3 years of B2C/D2C eCommerce experience

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Management, Business Administration or other relevant area.

• Hands-on experience in any eCommerce platforms or tools (Shopify, Google Analytics, Wix, etc.), including for personal use, is a plus

• Exceptional communication, prioritization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to be a team player and to foster a commitment to teamwork among other associates

• Office systems savvy: Microsoft Excel + PowerPoint

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves

• Enthusiastic, high energy, detail-orientated, and able to manage multiple tasks
