The Mopar Digital eCommerce Strategy and Data Manager is a key role in the Mopar Digital Marketing team building and managing easy to use digital ecommerce experiences across multiple platforms. As the strategy lead, the eCommerce Manager will build out the ecommerce strategy to include but not limited to how to achieve aggressive revenue targets and ensure quality data exists for parts and accessories for optimal selling potential on different platforms. To be successful in the position, both short and long-term tactics and strategies will need to be brought to life. This manager will need to be hands on and lead the way to define and promote what platforms to sell on and ensure that the execution of sales on each platform is met. The individual in the role will own the planning, management, execution, promotion, and measurement of aftersales ecommerce. This individual will need to partner with leaders across the organization in order to ensure business results.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

eCommerce Strategy

  • Define and execute an eCommerce strategy to meet growing eCommerce revenue targets

  • Develop new ideas, processes, standards or plans in support of the organization's eCommerce strategy with a direct impact to business results

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate on the eCommerce strategy to influence others within the organization to pursue cross-functional growth opportunities through different marketing campaigns

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on all eCommerce platforms leveraging core brand pillars and differentiation

eCommerce Execution

  • Manage and grow the Mopar National Estore at store.mopar.com; This entails leading and managing Mopar National Estore agency to ensure Mopar National Estore is optimized for customer satisfaction and allows customers to find items easily and transact

  • Manage and grow individual dealer Estore websites enrolled through National Estore agency focusing on, but not limited to, customer communication, the completion of sales, and timeliness of fulfillment

  • Determine and constantly monitor ecommerce KPI's and create / manage an eCommerce dashboard of data that will dictate and track U.S. and regional goals and objectives

  • Lead analytics agency to ensure Daily / Weekly / Monthly analytics are set up and tracked on platforms to allow for continuous growth in eCommerce

  • Work closely with the Regional Business Center Marketing Managers and Business Center Field teams to ensure the dealer body is engaged in eCommerce, knows what eCommerce platforms are available and the best way to operate eCommerce for continuous growth

  • Manage and grow Mopar relationships with eCommerce platforms (including but not limited to Amazon, Ebay, Walmart) to promote and sell Mopar parts and accessories

  • Manage all aspects of the parts and accessory Amazon portfolio including interaction with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Brand Registry and the Mopar Storefront with the goal of growing revenue and profitability on Amazon

eCommerce DATA

  • Manage Mopar Data Store which houses all accessory data

  • Manage and grow Mopar data feeds to eCommerce platforms to ensure that Mopar parts and accessories are searchable and available across multiple platforms

  • Work closely with Mopar ICT and ACES compliance manager to ensure vehicle data is accurate and available to Mopar ecommerce platforms

  • Manage overseas asset creation team ensuring they understand the asset needs and are delivering on those to enhance eCommerce data

eCommerce Reporting

  • Work intimately with Mopar ICT for accurate daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting

  • Deliver ecommerce updates regularly to management on platform and revenue performance

  • Ensure proper tagging / measurement tactics are in place to report out on all marketing campaigns driving traffic to eCommerce platforms

  • Develop and deliver effective presentations and written reports to multiple leadership levels and functions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field

  • 7 + years of experience in ecommerce; including but not limited to building an eCommerce strategy

  • The ability to work with multiple people and teams throughout the U.S., North American Region and Global

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in analytics tools

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Eagerness to embrace new challenges, continuous learning and grow professionally

  • Ability to collaborate across the organization to integrate and ensure simplicity of message

  • Ability to identify areas of opportunities to increase traffic and conversions using keyword research, sales analytics and tracking tools

  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to influence varying levels of the organization through excellent written communications and visual storytelling

  • Strong ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively

  • Substantial experience in communicating with business partners, developing quarterly go to market plans, managing ecommerce programs and managing an agency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct Experience working with Amazon, Walmart or eBay on eCommerce sales for a company / corporation

  • Amazon, Walmart, eBay general eCommerce knowledge

  • Knowledge of eCommerce through dealer franchise business models

  • Aftersales Parts and Accessories knowledge

  • Use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology in marketing campaign
